Apply as Field Service Coordinator - Taiwan 

Plan, coordinate and perform service work at lithography tools for our customers in Taiwan
Main interface between customer and IMS -processing and forwarding of customer requests
Identify, analyze and fix errors including feedback function to headquarters.
Manage the IMS on-site service team at international customer sites and responsibility for on-site spare parts management
Close on-site cooperation with international customers including joint data analysis, monitoring and optimization of multi electron beam mask writer

Sound technical education (HTL, BSc, MS, PhD) in a technical field (physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar)
More than 2 years of work experience, preferred in the field of service and support for the semiconductor or similar industry
Solid background in electron lithography is an advantage but not a must
Sound understanding of vacuum systems, electrical engineering, metrology and mechanical engineering
First team leader skills/ experience
Experience with Linux systems is an advantage but not a must
Diligent, structured and detail-oriented worker with excellent data analysis skills
Willingness to work over hours and take over on-call duties
Team player with “hands-on” mentality
Flexibility to accept multi-year assignments in various countries worldwide (e.g. Asia and US), commitment 2+ years preferable
Cross-cultural and multi-functional competence
Communication skills at various organizational levels
